Where is my order? How long does shipping take?

Delivery typically takes 6–10 business days from the order date. Orders are prepared Monday–Saturday — orders placed Saturday evening or Sunday start processing on Monday. Tracking can take a few days to activate after shipping; this is completely normal.

My tracking hasn't updated in a few days — is it lost?

No need to worry. It's normal for a package to rest at a regional hub for a few days without a new scan. If there's no movement for more than 7 days, contact us with your order number and we'll check it personally.

I think my package is lost or it never arrived.

Please don't worry — we'll take care of it. Just send us your order number and we'll resolve it for you, and send a new parcel if needed. You're fully covered.

Can I cancel or change my order (address)?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can often cancel or edit it — contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once shipped we can't cancel, but we'll help once it arrives.

My item arrived wrong, damaged, or defective.

We're really sorry! Send us your order number and tell us what's wrong — we'll ship you a free replacement right away. No need to send anything back.
